Right, these low ohmage readings are from my Fluke 73 which one can wiggle and twist around until it says "0.0" for a second, but it typically sits at "0.2" when shorted. My other DVM is a rattier Vichy VC99 which doesn't like to go below 0.5 Ohm, and it was too time-consuming to check this transformer using it. But here one is just discerning the short windings from the long ones (and checking the right ones are Open Circuit!), so little accuracy is needed.
