For audio signal path in an equalizer, which capacitor would you choose?

The self inductance from windings is significant enough to cause all sorts of strange anomalies. I've discovered this in tube coupling stages close to the input, where impedance is high enough to matter.

Microphonics is another weird thing along with leakage. Sometimes wound film caps are not the best thing to use in low level signal applications due to these reasons.

Chosing an appropriate stacked PP or PC cap is often a better choice. I avoid wound film caps in phono and mic preamp stages in favor of stacked PS if the value is small.
