Tweeter housing is behind. I tried pushing and nothing happened. Looks like I need to take the whole L shape plate or just the tweeter shown on the other photo.
Which photo you are referring?
This one ... I marked it for you...
And if that doesn't work, I'm fresh out of ideas 😕

That silver disc with the round dimples in it is the tweeters surround! Unless you were meaning the black ring.
I've seen my share of those Focal speakers.
That company is nothing but an over-rated, over-hyped, bunch of crap.
However, somehow, must be in the advertizing, people swoon over the products, and pay enormous amounts of money for speakers that aren't really any different than Radio Shack stuff.
Actually, Radio Shack stuff held up much better!
I had to laugh at my neighbor's Focal towers that he brought over to get fixed.
Snazzy box to impress the eyes, cheap guts behind the grilles.
The French-based company really knows how to sell junk.

Did you try turning the rear of the tweeter as you pushed?I tried pushing and nothing happened.

The thing is dead... who cares if you destroy it?
The entire object of the game is to get the dead one out.

You mean front side of tweeter? I could not push anything there. There is tweeter housing which is very solid. Nothing is there to push. I will try to rotate the black ring around the tweeter and see what happens.
Thanks
Mani
Tweeter is dead. It does not make any sound. Here is how one removed the tweeter.
Is this really a tweeter? Looks like a toy.

The one in the picture with the guy holding it up looks suspiciously like a dynamic microphone cartridge.

I've replaced tweeters and woofers in those boxes with "real" speakers that last.
It irritates me they price those things so high, and the woofers have cheap injection molded plastic baskets that the magnet over time warps - causing voice coil rubbing.

How did you remove the Tweeter?
With a screwdriver, of course.

Can you please explain. I started this thread for this only. Where should I start?

Oh... wait... you did.
I don't think @wiseoldtech has figured out that there are no screws holding this thing in place.
There's no need to keep the failed tweeter's diaphragm intact, so rip it out and see where that gets you.

They probably used hot glue just like the cheap chinese stuff has holding things together.
Junk.

I just don't want to damage the speakers cabinet. Here is close-up of backside of the tweeter inside the cabinet. How am I going to rip this off? 🙁

It will be Monday soon enough... It sounds like you are getting very frustrated and it might be a good idea to wait until you make contact with the Focal factory reps. There is no doubt this is a bad design. Certainly for the $1200 price tag you have every right to expect better.
Did you buy these used? If so you now know why the previous owner was selling them and why you couldn't hear them first...
