My pleasure!
ECC99 is really very nice tube, and I would consider it as a waste to use for an output stage. But YMMV, however!

What is that choke doing in grid of first stage ?
Its a special low current choke made for that position
From I understood, it takes very good care of the the tube 😛
I have bought a bunch of 6C19N, enough to keep it going for many years 🙂
As its a completely different amp, I will open new thread about that
hey stalker, thats a nice one
impressive what such little thing can do with sensitive speakers

I might give this one a second chance
and... at the time i didn't know about the Blumlein Garter cross reference bias scheme
might make sense to use it for this
how many ECC99 or 6N6P will I need to us a 1K6 PP output trafo ?
my first guess is 6x ECC99 per mono amp
being double tubes means 6 tubes in paralel, in reality

Galaxy series from ModuShop.biz, Italy
the other day I found that RS-Parts also have nice small extruded alu boxes
