is it possible to know the crossover frequency of the crossover in question?

I tried the simulation with ltspice of the high pass filter, but it gives me the cutoff frequency higher than 10kHz both with a 4 and 8 ohm load, considering the resistance of the PTC = 0.

Where did you find this crossover schematic?
The value of L in mH is not given and I don't understand the values of the capacitors (the figures are too high if they are in μF).
Have you no information about the tweeter and woofer, such as their nominal impedances?

The values of the capacitors in μF and of the inductor in mH are not given in the above AliExpress link. Any numbers given are meaningless.
I would urge you to avoid using a ready made crossover such as this as it gives no proper specifications.
Instead, if you tell us the make and model of both tweeter and woofer you intend to use, we should be able to suggest what individual components you could wire together to make a simple crossover to match the driver specifications.

Capacitor code of 305 = 3000000pF or = 3uF
224 = 220000pF or = 0.22uF

It may be sufficient for your needs to simply prevent the low frequencies from reaching the tweeter.
For this you would connect a plastic film capacitor in series (in line with) with the tweeter.
Assuming the tweeter's nominal impedance to be 4 ohm, I suggest a capacitor value of 4.7 uF.
Connect the 5" car mid/woofer directly to the + and - speaker input terminals.
Connect the tweeter to the speaker input terminals, but with the 4.7 uF capacitor in series with its + terminal.
Try that and if not entirely to your satisfaction return for more assistance.
