Fender solid state 3-prong conversion - delete that cap?

This is an early 80s Fender bass amp - solid state NOT one of the tube amps.

I'm adding a 3-prong plug. Is this 47nF cap one of the "death caps" that should be removed, or it's not the same with the solid state amps?

Yes, it will kill you whether there are tubes or transistors inside.
