I used the same chassis and donut Stereobob, been listening to it for several months many hours daily without a hiccup, amazing Amp. Don't know if you've monitored the bias after several hours warmup but I recently has to lower the bias as it was creeping dangerously high as the room temp (south Florida) increased in the afternoons. Was hitting .75 bias/1.6 amp with 58c on the sinks

Very nice! Here is my F5m in a 4U Mini Dissipante chassis from Modushop. The first time powering it up the dim bulb slightly glowed for a few seconds. This amp is dead silent, you could not tell its on if I hadn’t added a few LED’s! Biased it at 0.68V / 1.45A after many listening tests. The heatsinks are at 55C after 1 hour warmup.
It sounds glorious, powerful bass, clear highs and mids, but the amazing thing is how clear the background sounds come through. It goes extremely loud using the Klipsch RP-600m speakers. I can’t thank Nelson Pass enough for sharing his design and knowledge! After building two ACA Mini’s I had the confidence to build the F5m. I wanted to learn more about how amplifiers work an these projects helped me reach that goal. Also thanks to all members who shared their build experiences and thoughts.
Where can I buy the labels?

Thats good information SimpleJim, I have also listened for many hours and the bias and DC offset have not moved. However It has been in the air conditioning set at 75 deg as I also live in Florida (Sebring). The magic number for the bias in my case seems to be .68V / 1.45A , any higher and it seems to lose some magic. I’m in Michigan now in a cottage with no air conditioning and its 90 deg today so I will hook up the meters when I turn it on again. Thanks
Barossi, my daughter made the vynal stickers on a cricut, I could ask her for the files.
