I use 1/8, 3/16, 1/4 and 3/8" aluminum and cut it on table saw using non ferrous metal blade from Freud.

One More about Leds. In F3 say that need to use 1.6v led, i was searching some blue leds and are all rated like 3v, so is not possible to use 3v leds?

1. Is this a specialty blade? I'm not familiar with Freud. Should most well stocked home centers carry it?
2. Do you lubricate the aluminum when you make the cuts? Or, just cut it dry?

I never lubricate, but it could certainly help with thicker stock. Sharp blade will cut aluminum same way as hardwood. You need to wear safety glasses or face shield.

I am going to purchase F5 kit from tech-diy to use with Peters pcbs
they got two sets - F5/FAIRCHILD Kit for Q3 and Q4 and - F5/VISHAY-IRF Kit
what do you recommend to use for better sound
also Is It the only problem with these pcbs the radial power transistor and bending the trim-pots

As far as I know these are the only problems with the tech-diy kit.

The only difference between those PS boards is that one is symmetrical (F4/F5) the other dual positive (F3). If you don't use resistors between the caps (for CRC filtering), it doesn't make any difference.
If you want to use those resistors, for the negative supply, you would need to swap wires from the bridges, install caps for opposite polarity so the resistors would be now in positive "leg" of the negative supply.

BTW, if using Mills for R5-R8, instead of 4 x 100R you can simply use 2 x 50R (R5 and R6 are not being installed in such case)
