Ebay is the cheapest source of ceramic standoff's but you can use modern nylon jobbies and just fettle a tag out of scrap copper or brass, you just have to be quick with your iron.

Andy.
I used to use motor run caps and just attached them using Goop glue. You have to give them a solid whack with a hammer to remove them. If attached to plywood, they will strip the top layer from the board when removing them.
I don't use them anymore since DC Link caps became available. Much smaller and lighter.

I've found a budget path to a fender style eyelet board.

-Red g10 board-tube depot (price per inch)
https://tubedepot.com/products/1-8-g-10-board-red
-keystone electronics eyelets from digikey.
They have different sizes so I ordered a few to try out what works.
Keystone-model #16 and 46. .187 brass tin plated.

I also ordered 15 and 45 unfortunately they aren't long enough at .156.

(the bottom didn't mushroom)
Unlike the 46 & 16.

The punch is just a cheapie from amazon
(Not sure if I'm doing it right lol)
