Just a Quick update on this.
Things I changed out since I made this post. Just the 15 inch Gama with the CD did not sound right no matter what I did with the enclosures or the cross over.
This is how I listen to it now. 50-1Khz 15 Inch Gama
1Kh to 8Kh is a 8 inch full range 40 watt
The CD runs as is with a -15 DB L pad.
And I have a one inch silk dome peerless tweeter that runs from 10Kh to 20Khz.
This setup sounds good.
One amp drives the 15 Inch woofer. And one amp runs the other drivers.
Not a big fan of the CD and may just remove them from the equation. Adding that full range driver and the tweeter really made the music sound so much better. This setup I have at one end of a long hall.
At the other end I have a Car AMP with a 10 band EQ that plays thru 4 Sony Speakers. Each sony speaker has 4 tweeters and one 8 inch woofer. Cant make up my mind which sounds better. But Im leaning to the 15 Inch with my DIY amps.
My bluetooth dac with Phono in is still stuck in Austin Texas. Need to figure out a way to get it into india.

I got a 10 Band EQ for like 10$ it works well.
Even without the EQ when I finally tested the setup. There were no bumps. In fact there is just a gradual taper after 1K all the way to 20K. If I play with the EQ and flatten this out. it sounds too harsh. Will post the rew curves in a bit.
Just one quick question how is the volume of a scoop / horn design box calculated. I found s/w for sealed / ported and transmission lines. But not much on scoop designs. My scoop / horn design has been posted above. (Not my design).
