Depending on how DIY you want to go, check the Tubecad.com site from time to time. The Tetra phono stage (currently out of stock) is, IMHO, an amazingly good phono amp. With an upgrade to its coupling and output caps it verges on great.

If I just use the line-in section, should just upgrade C15 & C16 caps?Since this setup is my daily driver, I ended up getting the upgrades victor recommends which costs about $95 extra w shipping/taxes . Hope it’s worth it !
Upgrades include;
4x Mundorf Mcap supreme 0.47 UF, 600V
2x Texas Instruments OPA2227P
I forget the numbers (C?), but you only need 2 Mundorfs if you primarily use the line stage. (Two are used in the line section, two in the phono.)
Also, the op-amp chips are used in the phono as well. But an upgrade to the TI chips, if they're not too expensive, might be worthwhile if you use phono on occasion or think you might in the future.
