Elekit TU-8100 project

Thank you all. I swapped tubes and, unfortunately, after 25 minutes of listening, the hiss or slight crackle reappeared on the same channel, the left, when I turned the volume up or down. So, it hasn't moved to the right.

Even without signal, the slight hiss you hear turning up the volume and putting your ear to the speakers is a tiny bit stronger to the left, as it was before.

The only thing I noticed swapping tubes is that the stereophonic image, despite more or less centred, was earlier a little bit to the left, whereas it is now a tiny bit to the right.

What could it be?

I have got a doubt but I haven't got any background in electronics, so I don't know if it is important. The amplifier must have the ground but the japanese plug of the external power supply has got just two poles. I bought an adapter from japanese to european and this has also got just two poles, whereas the european sockets have got three holes. Where does the ground go with just two poles? Could this be the problem? Thanks
