Active filter 4 also looks very nice and includes many diffirent types of EQ you could select etc... PCBs are quite expensive.
But the DSPs realy allow you to dial in the right response in so much less time, especialy if you were to have some measuring equipment.

Untill now i have been using dbx234xl and also behringer cx3400.
Work great but no equalisation.
Next one will be miniDSP.

I agree, miniDSPs. I use three, two unbalanced, one balanced. Completely configurable by computer.
