I am the proud owner of a Behringer ECM8000 measurement mic. I am building a pre-amp with phantom power. What is the pinout of the XLR connector? What is GND, what is signal, where to connect the phantom power?
Have a look at rod elliott's article regarding phantom power:
https://sound-au.com/articles/p-48.htm
as far as i know there is only one international standard.

That is helpful, thank you very much. EU and USA standard differ in the "hot" and "cold" connection. Since I have a balanced input that does not matter in the least for audio or AC. Except for the phase but that is not relevant.
But I wanted to be sure how to connect the phantom power. According to this schematic both signal wires receive positive DC voltage.
Which was not obvious to me at all.
Is the need or option to mark this question as solved?

No, I don't think so.Is the need or option to mark this question as solved?
You can just leave the thread open for eventual other comments or further questions.
(maybe someone might even chime in to clarify the definitions or perceptions of cold and hot in america and europe...)
