Welding is just the final step, about 2-3% of the entire production process, usually 2-3 hours on the completion.

PCB CNC machining flat welding row is prefabricated. In addition to pre-existing devices in all AF250 wire connection, in order to increase its reliability.

Flat welding transformer next row for leading multi-channel high voltage winding voltage to facilitate debugging. After the completion of the power section, the actual current load test first, then leave for 1-2 hours. Observed temperature rise during power cattle.

Hi,

there is something wrong with your schematic. First EC88 work with 1.8mA (200v-160v = 40V/22Kohm = 1.8mA). Your Rk is 150 Ohm+47 Ohm = 197 Ohm. So your bias point should be 197 Ohm x 1.8mA = 0.36V! Not 1V.

If you look EC88 datasheet (http://www.mif.pg.gda.pl/homepages/frank/sheets/030/e/EC88.pdf) the bias at 160V (anode) and 1.8mA should be around 2.6-2.7V.
