50$+ at least 60$ for output transistors...
Price seems legit,not sure about the design and predriver, driver and voltage amplification stage..

assuming rails do not sag, power is 92 watts to 560watts into 8 ohms...
but in the real world, power supply rails sag so that power is lesser...
at the higher rails SOA rules so be careful in investing too much confidence
in this amp at higher rails,
way i look at it, rails of +- 70 is more than enough for domestic applications...
price is very good indeed...

BUT output transistors are not original so they are like 75w or less each not 150w like original
chinese copy
Dont expect 560watts but 280w rms or less but if You install original tohibas then
560watts for shure and if you put more transistor pairs You can get 1000rms on 8 ohm and 2000rms on 4ohm with like 14 pairs of original tohibas with this amp just replace all the parts with genuine parts I mean all parts and driver parts
1pc original toshiba tranistor is like 5$ 🙂

do you have any schematics we can look at?
i failed to see any mention of it in the add, i must be cockeyed....
power is actually dependent of the power traffo deployed with this board,
another limiting factor will be the heatsink size...
so discussing power without seeing these two is just academic discussions...
take it with a grain of salt.....😉
