This were the way that I have build all my amps. Then with the Slewmaster builds Thimios posted graphs of the noise difference between the speaker return from the cap output and from the board return and the outcome were in favor from the caps. So that's how I wired it in the end. There were a big diffrence ! Thimios, can you remember perhaps ?
The (ground) layout is not only about the lowest noise. It is a compromise between achieving best THD, noise and stability.
Connecting the input + feedback ground to the speaker ground will give you the lowest THD. Stability is improved by a short feedback loop and low inductance path of the bypass capacitors.
