No, I do not have the schematic. I have a similar board the zener diode is a 1n5231B (5.1v).

Can you help me identify a transistor on the drive board? Q4 (circled) top right corner between Q1 and Q10

thanks Perry, do you know what U3,U4 and U6 are? Board got hit good, would like to relpace all Ic's. I know U5 and U7 are ir21844s
