Some more photos
before I read this post and learned about the calculator I had no idea what CNC was, how to work with it, and so on. What 3D modeling was, I didn't know how to work in a carpentry shop. new It turned out it wasn't that difficult, Now all that remains is to try all the other options for the horns, but for now my favorite is the spherical one.

Ha, ha, Yuichi to trash ;-) I think you will find a grateful buyer for them. They have totally different design goals compared to swh. The swh will have a quite small sweet spot but if I look at your listening setup then this might not harm. They beam the sound power to a quite small area so this is what you maybe hear when you say micro details. Congrats to your work!
I want to express my deep gratitude to Dokali for helping me understand his calculator, for the fact that he basically created the site and runs a blog.
I even bought myself a CNC machine and figured out 3D modeling and in the preparation of control programs for CNC.

so what i want to say is a spherical horn - this is my maximum sound, it is precise but narrowly directed, So all these yuichies go to the trash, the spherical horn gives so many micro nuances that yuichi never dreamed of, Thank you very much for giving ordinary people the opportunity to develop their own inventions and all this for free. I wish there were more people like you in this world.

Hi, you seem to be able to make very nice round horns. I am interested to see my True expansion tractrix horns to become alive. So if you provide your design goals (driver exit and cut-off) I could provide a step file for the inner profile like this:

Hello, I don’t remember exactly what settings I set in the calculator, but I was guided by the fact that my working field of the CNC machine is 390 mm by 390 mm, and I tried to get him out of it so that he could play as low as possible. In the calculator I indicated the value from 330 Hz, The calculator told me that the loading would be from 480 Hz and that’s what happened, Therefore, in the photo below the section between the bass and the compression driver is 500 Hz.
I still have the stl model which I will attach below.
This is the phase and amplitude frequency response I got it, At a distance of 1 m microphone between bass driver
If you offer for my BMS 4590 option of your development with loading From 400 Hz I will be very grateful, A friend of mine has a machine with a working field of 2,500mm by 1,250mm, so the size doesn’t matter. Even if you offered me the calculated second version of the jmlc horn, True, I can’t imagine how you will transfer the data to me, I think it would be just right if it were an stl file,Then I will cut this file into pieces for my workpieces and mill them.
Yes, this is a two-inch exit driver and the manufacturing company recommends a second-order cut of 300 Hz, But since my spherical horn plays from 480 Hz, I cut it at 500 Hz,The driver is so much easier, it plays cleaner, Therefore, I think that it should be lowered from 400 HzIs this a 2 inch exit driver you use? And cut-off 400Hz?
Thank you very much Until I received the file later I will work on it from him loading from how many Hz, I also wanted to ask what is the difference between the Jmlc horn the classic spherical? Please check if you can work with this. It will beam, but you seem to like this.
From the mathematical point of view they are entirely different but in reality there is not much difference. Tractric is a drag curve and does not provide an intrinsic rollback. Original tractrix gives a too small mouth area and loading is compromised but I corrected loading with a quite complex approach in the TETH.
You should compare both profiles carefully and decide if the difference is worth to make another pair of round horns.

You could also use docali's Progressive Expansion T-Factor to create a shorter spherical horn including a round over, similar to this:Thank you very much Until I received the file later I will work on it from him loading from how many Hz, I also wanted to ask what is the difference between the Jmlc horn the classic spherical?

I think yours look better than these (€17.000 per pair):

The parameters of your woofers are quite unique.
This is one of the few woofers that comes close - together with the Acoustic Elegance TD15H, but is still quite different in some respects:
