It would be appropriate to choose a time unit that does not result in a measurement that is a decimal fraction.
Hence the choice of 130 as over 0.13 fs.
(For reference: A femtosecond is equal to 1000 attoseconds.)

My product for some time was the Super Intelligent Chip, which was used inside the CD transport so a much more powerful photon reaction could be obtained. The original orange 🍊 Intelligent Chip, imported from China by Golden Sound, was placed on top of the CD player for a couple of seconds, making it more difficult to obtain chain reaction of photons, being outside the player and the CD the Chip treats inside the player. If you see what I mean. Both chips contained quantum dots, tuned to perfection at the lab, back when quantum dots were only a gleam in Nobelists’ eyes. 😳

The work of the Laureates extends from the early 1980s to 1993 when the chemical production of quantum dots was revolutionised.
Speaking in general terms, I'm a bit concerned about placing my confidence in intelligent chips.

It was dubbed the Intelligent Chip because it knew when a CD was already treated and wouldn’t spend any more energy unnecessarily. This if true was quite helpful since one IC treated only so many CDs. each IC has got a little tiny drop of artificial atoms sandwiched between two silvery discs determined to be metals that are highly reflective to near infrared light. Make sense? There was a minute gap between the silver discs so photons were free to escape. The quantum dots were excited by the CD laser. Pretty spooky, huh?
