ok ok hold up! im gonna work on one

well my impression was that a mascot was more important, and the logo should be based around him...so heres my first shot at a mascot

comments welcome from webmaster...i can do anything you like to it...change one aspect, take away tube-amp ears (was indecisive on them), add colors, add a face border...anything

i was thinking of putting the coils inside the tube...tell me if u think that would look better

for now ill begin on another unrelated logo in case u dont like him

edit: and oh, the speaker in these logos was editied, it was originally clean, in case u didnt like it that way

I can't help but think that something based on Escher's "Ascending and Descending" might be more appropriate. We could add an extra tag line about "Chasing our tails for XX years" (XX being however old DIY audio is).

Here is a delightful animation based on Eschers work that reminds me of many ofthe endless discussions I've read here about politics and gear tweaking (directional wires, skinning caps etc).

The cables aren't a bad idea, but you need to redraw them as stylelized simple SIMPLE images.

Photos won't work as logos.

Dont worry...Everything in nature follows a sine curve...if there is a dip there has to be a peak...just that we have gone through a peak and a dip...and now is the time for another peak...!! So post away...!! 😀

Rage, Giving depth to a logo with fuzzy shadows is not a good idea - reproduction off screen is very tricky.
