after all these years, things interesting me ........ I have people of trust to ask about, so no interest in "pro reviews"
besides fact of me not trusting in general trends of reviewing
though, here I can see some established names, but dunno what they were allowed :
Oswalds Mill Audio - Press | OMA
It’s all very clever, it’s high end, they do get media coverage, just no formal reviews.
agree 😉
though, can't say anything about things I don't know really, but what I know for sure - they had OMA Forum, with wealth of RCA (Cinema Sound) related info ........... and one day it just got pulled from web
that is inexcusable ......

banzai !
Ah, I can answer here : it's a reviewer descrbing a japanese amp sounding like an air-raid siren falling on an air-craft ! 😛
what is "zero review policy"?

On OWA’s instagram they have videos of where they recently pulled out 3 very large, beautiful RCA speakers from an old 1940’s art decco theater
@ Meper
Interesting videoThank You :^)
Get some of this large horns at home and play with Vfet SE..let's dream
The large Imperia system may be just a bit large for my about 30m2 living room 🙂 .....but maybe the smaller system which uses vintage RCA drivers could do it? ....then I also get a bit of history....American cinema sound history?
Oswalds Mill Audio - AC1 | OMA Loudspeakers
Maybe there is a special DiyAudio offer like $1000 pr. speaker then I might go for it without knowing if it sounds good.....I expect free shipping.....
AFA OMA I like the Ironic. I like the idea, and metal has been melted and a stamp has been produced to make them... there is real value in that. The straight cones made of pine I can make those myself as weekend project.
In the builders’ thread Mr. NP posted a picture of the N s under post # 272. Is that the one for the next lottery? Very nice!
Mr FedEx just delivered chassis #100! 😎
T H A N K Y O U ! ! !
Lol. I'm not sure if your #100 is a glass half full, or glass half empty kind of thing.
Pretty cool, though!
Just arrived this morning - #80 and better than I expected. Ok who has #88 ?
I'm curious how the selection of chassis # are made. This 1st round of the lottery 88 were picked out but I noticed there are many chassis #s in the 100+ range. Logically I would of thought for all the P channels would have a set range.

It has been mentioned that it was impossible to pick numbers, they are sending them as they find them. So, other than the first 9, you get whatever number luck wants to give you.
There is no set rhyme or reason, though generally the first batch will likely be lower numbers than the second.

Glass is always completely full - half water, half air.
For what it's worth, technically speaking I think the chassis number could have been picked as the number of the chassis is handwritten on the outside of the box.
On the other hand, it would imply someone in Italy taking care of that besides doing his everyday job, not sure people would want to pay for that service...and even then it's the supplier deciding anyway,
I would clearly reject that kind of demand with all the risk and possible coplaints about not receiving the "right" chassis etc....

Let's make it like this: whoever comes in person and picks up their chassis at our company can not only choose their number but also enjoy a fresh glass of Prosecco and some hand made tortellini 😀
Gianlucca, due to Covid issues it is better to avoid visitation. How about a video call as a compromise? The caller should then return your hospitality by sending you a bottle from a vinyard local to his/her region. 🙂
I can see Gianluca is close to Maranello so what about a "Ferrari experience"? ....before the Prosecco....
