How do you fixe the magnets and machine the stators?

Well, in the previous picture you show your new nicely looking design, and it seems to be a corrugated true ribbon, so it cant have anything to do with the planar design you show last(Boye, Jamo)

It is a corrugated planar tweeter.Boye is the name of the person who designed Jamo 909, and he helped me with this design.

It could be . And you are right even the simpel is troblesome

Design looks be 0.28T average with 10x10mm N40. I wondering about stacking four (omni) with TL loading.

No I am sorry. But they sound fine down too 200-250hz with sharp digitalfilter.

Can you be more specific about ribbon material and corrugation?
I think it`s hard to find very thin alu foil. In my ribbon I use household 11mY.
True without paper, corrugated horrisontal, 18mm x 1800mm. The impedance is a little tricky, so I use 2 ohm in serial, and super amps and filters from Groundsound (Denmark)

Ribbon material is thin capacitor paper with 4*5mm 60cm long 7 my alu strips clued one.
it is corrugated vertical.

Køb alufolie i irma med papir på, det er 7my.Du vil kunne bruge det som det er i din konstruktion.
