It is a corrugated planar tweeter.Boye is the name of the person who designed Jamo 909, and he helped me with this design.
On above picture there are two conductors in series and in the middle again paper? 3M is makes nice papers (medical).

I have always had my doubts about that, but if you say it works...ehh, could be that the foam at the edges does the trick, right 🙂

Can you be more specific about ribbon material and corrugation?
I think it`s hard to find very thin alu foil. In my ribbon I use household 11mY.
True without paper, corrugated horrisontal, 18mm x 1800mm. The impedance is a little tricky, so I use 2 ohm in serial, and super amps and filters from Groundsound (Denmark)
