Hi aleks,the voltage before the coil is 20 to 60 mv,but after a couple of minutes the voltage goes to negative value (-100mv ) and continue to it's negative reading,i remember this senario on class A amplifier something like (thermal run-away)but my output FET'S is in normal temp,less than 40 deg,my frequency set to 160khz any solution?hope to hear more from you.thank's.
Maybe your pot. have temp. drift?

Green at the upper part is a 12V indicator,red lower right osc. indicator,red on lower left OCP,blue caps for snubber if ever needed, by the way Aleks please post a schematic with feedback, how can it be implemented on this circuit?thanks.

Hi kanon please post a layout with buffer (totem pole or TC42XX series) to drive more output's,and if you had an idea of feedback on this design please include it on your layout,hope to hear more from you.(buenas dias).
Feed back can be make same as classic amp. (for example tda7294)
On SG IC you have op-amp.Try to wire it in inverting or noninverting op amp.Speaker + pole can be used for feedback,instead internal output of op-amp.Simple 🙂

the kicker amp uses 6 of these in single subwoofer IXGQ90N33TCD1 and are very power.
that's why I like this design in order to vary the freq. for use with these IGBTs.
and are not amp. welding if not for ears popping
