a Labhorn with a mouth extender and pointed into a corner will do 27Hz to 80Hz.I'm planning to build the 77Hz horns to cover 100-500hz. Do you have any suggestions for a bass woofer or bass horn desigh that would reach up to 100Hz and still complement the front horns? Of course, I'd like to reach as low as possible (at least strong at 30hz). Thanks!
You can also try a tapped horn, or a lot of tapped horns using smaller drivers spread around the room.

the new Basshorn finished - Audio Voice Acoustics
is based on the punisher sub ( similar to the Visaton MB 115/B ) :
Visaton - Lautsprecher und Zubehör, Loudspeakers and Accessories
Ralf's impressive horns - Audio Voice Acoustics
Ralf uses the Eminence 15LF in his short horns.
With a little equalisation, you will have enough low bass output, without needing a sub below. Using the right woofer, bass will be very well defined and fast - excellent transient response. If you want better distribution into the room, and you have enough space, a Vitavox CN308 bassbin would give you amazing results.
