Heatsink and angled profile coming together surprisingly easy. Not so lame after all 🙂

I got crazy idea to polish all aluminium parts inside. Never ever / waste of time. 400 and 800 grid sanding paper used, then drill polishing kit.

After rough polishing testing of mechanical parts. All coming up slowly, but surely.

Now it's starting to be more fancy proper polishing on it's way.

I bought nice polishing kit from eBay. 3 stage polishing in drill.

Application of thermal paste. Again cheap tube from eBay.

I am very surprised you have made such a comment?
While you are free to say what you please, it is not the impression I got from you when you had these modules installed.
Just out of interest what problem did you have with them?
