Loads of drilling and milling in the spare room....
Heatsink and angled profile coming together surprisingly easy. Not so lame after all 🙂
A bit of tapping
and standoffs
drilled hole for transformer to module wiring
making transformer and softstart template CustomWorks SoftStarty
And then drilling and more tapping afterwards

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I got crazy idea to polish all aluminium parts inside. Never ever / waste of time. 400 and 800 grid sanding paper used, then drill polishing kit.
Pictures from this funny adventure:
After rough polishing testing of mechanical parts. All coming up slowly, but surely.

Now it's starting to be more fancy proper polishing on it's way.
I bought nice polishing kit from eBay. 3 stage polishing in drill.
Application of thermal paste. Again cheap tube from eBay.
And now screwed and ready. Shiny things me like!
Sorry again for this shameful advert, but this feet are absolutely amazing http://www.customworks.cz/komponenty...ojove-nozicky/ Check 'em out!
Softstarts from CustomWorks SoftStarty functions: remote trigger and thermostat protection with 600 VA transformers
And finally also polished top tray.

Just 1 suggestion about thermal paste, don't make round shapes from it. Air gets stuck between the 2 plates.
You can do that around the screw holes, but not elsewhere.

I am very surprised you have made such a comment?
While you are free to say what you please, it is not the impression I got from you when you had these modules installed.
Just out of interest what problem did you have with them?
Cheers
Anthony
