the caps from Digi-Key are mostly smaller than 10uf so can be used on the higher frequency crossovers if you like. I would use the polypropylene over the polyester caps. The lower frequency crossover caps will be larger than is generally available from non-audio sources.
This, of course, does not address the "sound" of capacitors except to say I like polypropylenes over polyester.
