Here the full schematic (Figure-1) for tube buffer "DIAMOND" with ECC88 (6DJ8 or 6922)😉

And across those capacitors under a light load you could have as much as 136V (depending on transformer winding dcr it could be a bit more or less) at a nominal line voltage of 230V.

Have you actually measured the voltage across those caps? 😀

Voltage across those caps is 132,8V (Voltage across one caps 66,4V!)😉
Sekundar DC-Voltage Us=48x1,41 = 67,68V
