DC current at the rating of the low pass inductor ratings, if large enough, could burn them out....but we are talking amps
DC current wound harm capacitors unless the applied voltage exceeds the voltage rating of the capacitors.
same issue for band pass inductors...it depends on the current rating of the inductors.
