Dayton B652 Air Outdated BSC crossover mod

One of my woofers has a 4KHz peak, this may be what is showing up in post #21. Not sure why this would happen or whether it is related to burn in. I swapped it with the unused woofer and the response is relatively normal again. Since the peaking is at 2 frequencies I wonder if it is a spider resonance?

The used tweeter also has a different response compared to the unused tweeter. Dark green is the used tweeter. The ripple smoothed out a bit and rolloff increased. The used tweeter measured 6.9ohms and the unused tweeter measure 7.1ohms. This seems to be a change that came with use. Also of note is that when I looked behind the tweeter, there was a break in the glue seal under the terminal strip which may seal off the leadout holes. It was clearly meant to be sealed with large amounts of glue, but I think if there was a seal failure it would be obvious in distortion measurements which it is not.

QC and parameter drift seem to be issues with this speaker, not sure which...

3rd picture is the response before and after changing both drivers.
