Yes. Make sure the DAC is set for V-out mode: jumpers J5,J6,J7,J8 all removed.
And note the power requirements -
DAC 0-6VAC min 1A, x2
Discrete I/V stage 18-0-18VAC min 500mA, x2
If you buy the transformers from QuangHao, you get 2x separate R-cores, each 0-6VAC/1A + 18-0-18VAC/1A. Price $40 each.

And is the price of 150$ for two channels, or just one channel PCB?

$150 for 2 boards (L + R) assembled and tested.

For the three AMVECO transfo version that I see in 3D, what are the two transfo needed for the I/V stage to work in dual mono?

You recommended the TE70084-ND, that is a 50VA, and has dual secondaries 18V, at 1.388A each

I guest in dual mono the 25VA version, TE70064-ND, with the two secondaries in parallel to get 18V, 1.388A total will be the equivalent.
Please confirm.
