D3a pentode as driver? History of this tube?

In for 6 or 10 or 12 or 3.14159, whatever number ships best is fine.
If someone drops out, or wants in late, I'm flexible on my quantity...

No late;
I want to get the parcel, put into boxes needed amounts, print labels, then drive to post office and ship at once.

What I really need though, another #50 w tank socket...

Do you mean gray casted with locking lid on top?

I bought some from a guy in Bulgaria.

And any dead (or live) tubes you want xray'd...

Thank you Peter!
But I've concluded already that 6P15P has grids better aligned and internal structure harder fixed than ordinary EL84, they are more linear indeed.

I'm interested in 10 if any are still available!

In last e-mail he said he can ship 200 only, I've asked for 100 more. Waiting for an answer.

I'll compile the table tomorrow and let's see.

Not precisely symetrical but putting the old Cray to work on it the boys at the lab came up with 82.39760451. They took off for coffee break right after handing me the printout so there's noone around to confirm this.:Pinoc: :magnet:

(Hmmm, they told me it was made of wood too)

From the triode curves that Wavebourn showed, you can calculate mu and plate resistance. Remember, mu is the change in plate voltage with a change in grid voltage with current held constant. Plate resistance is change in plate voltage with change in plate current with grid voltage held constant. And transconductance is change in plate current with change in grid voltage with plate voltage held constant.
