Besides the original Denoisator, which other improved version of this project can be used with the negative LM337 regs and be stable?
No, but this time I'm about to... at last. I just got the kits and parts from AE to build four 3X7, two with 317 and two with 337, but I have to redesign the pcb for the regulators and the "Denoisator" add-on on the space I have available for the supply on the RIAA preamp box. It's quite likely I will separate the 3X7 regulators from the add-ons, as depending on which design I use would fill in the space of the original regulators on the RIAA pcb just by themselves.
I do not live in a country where I have access to good quality parts, like the USA or Europe. So what I build must be a "sure thing", tried and tested.
What I might do is start with the first denoisator, as a separate board, and then upgrade those smaller boards for others and see what happens.

Others have built and measured the original Denoisator, for LM317 and LM337. Apart from that I built and measured the CCS version and Diego's Dienoiser mod. Any other design has only been theoretical in spice simulations, nobody built any of them, let alone measure them. At least from what I know from what has been posted so far. Oh and the NoNoiser version which Elvee built and measured.
I have installed my CCS version in my DAC and headphone amp and for me they are stable. That also seems to be the case for the test boards I made and measured, with the values I recommended. It's like a sample size of 1 for CCS version.

I followed all that, and from the last I read there were still problems with the LM337 version, from what I remember.
My transformer can't be split in two pairs of wires at the output, so I need to use the 337 instead of two 317 for V+ and V- out.

At some point Elvee posted that he managed to get it stable with 3.9R in series for comp network. Did anyone use that and still have issues? Can you link any post saying that? Because at the moment it is you saying that and you haven't built anything yet.
You could try building one on breadboard and see if it's stable, the original Denoisator with LM337. Use 0.15-0.2R ESR for output cap. Use 33nF+3.9R for comp network.
It was you who had reported some unbalanced issues, particularly with the 337, even on your latest actual measurements on the Denoisator CCS and on Dienoisators negative version. And yes, I will build all of them on dual face breadboards, that I design using DipTrace or Kicad and the pads to design a matrix representing the prototype boards. Then I do not have to wait for the prototypes for the initial testing.
I didn't say LM337 CCS Dienoiser is stable. I didn't recommend anyone use it.
The Denoisator version can have issues IF you omit the 3.9R resistor. That does not mean it's not stable with the correct part values. If you use the wrong parts or omit them in other power supply designs they can also be unstable.

I never tried the nonoiser or the dienoiser in negative versions. I think that they would probably be unstable.
Even the regular denoiser is not always happy with the 337.

Well, as available space is critical on my project, I can't use the discrete superregs you suggest. And since the 337 is unstable with dienoiser, my only choice is to use the original Denoisator, adding the series resistors suggested by Trileru to the output cap and use a 3.9 resistor with the 33n cap.

Try to add L (bead low Rdc) before IC as CLC net. And after IC will not harm?

The output capacitor needs to have an ESR of 0.15-0.20R. For 15V you can use the standard implementation:
For 5V, it could be the same, with the resistors around the denoiser ~halved (not critical), but a 317 is incapable of supplying 2A
