It's a long shot but you could try the manufacturer.
Ebay has replacement blocks but you have to be careful about the reach into the amp and the orientation of the screw and terminals (where they solder into the board) as well as the pin configuration.

Worst case, run wires out of the amp. It doesn't look great but it works perfectly well. It's better than sending it to a landfill.
This sort of problem is more common when they use CCA wire. If that's what they're using, make a couple of 1ft leaders from solid copper and insert them between the CCA and the amp.
I will find out what type wire he is using. I just had repaired another amp (Power Acoustik) for this guy where the ground terminal melted out of the circuit board and also melted the clear plastic encasement. Nothing else was wrong. I told him that I thought it was caused by a lose ground connection.
