Dan -- Short story is that in my experience the little cabs play well with subs, and I would def recommend this as a path to follow for FR125's esp if planning on using sub. I XO my little aperiodic cabs to a small Yamaha sub through a Panasonic SA-XR25 HT receiver. I have the XO on the receiver set to 100hz XO (if I recall correctly...) I find myself fiddling a bit with the XO point & volume settings on the Sub, (especially as curious little fingers like to fiddle with these as well 🙂. But 100hz therebouts seems to be a good place in my particular situation/set-up. If I was not planning on using a sub, I would explore larger cabs that had more bass extension. Bass is surprisingly good and controlled in the little cabs -- def there-- just not "deep". Happy Trails, JF
