Tomorrow I will get PCB's in my hand as committed by manufacturer. After inspection, I will start preparing packages and sending out invoices and that's hell of a lot of work!. If there is any discrepancies in invoice qty and actual requirement , pl let me know.

This GB will be a bit loss to me as the unprofessional PCB manufacturer increased the invoice cost despite giving me a committed quote. I argued with him long and hard but to no avail. That's why so much delay compared to earlier timelines, sorry for that. Things are a bit different here in India.

But I have already committed a cost to you people and will not increase prices.
Just wanted to share , thank you all for your kind patience and belief in me and appreciation by those who have been a part of previous GB's. You people have made me a part of this DIYA, ....honoured!.


request all to pay up ASAP to the invoices received and will send out packages the next day.

Prasi, I'm sure I speak for many of the GB participants who would not want you do take a loss on this due to the supplier increasing the board price to you. Especially considering all the work you put in for our benefit. Doesn't seem right. With such a large number of total boards a little bit/board can really add up. Please feel free to increase my board price a little to help offset things.

Thank you BK856er and ermine22, for your gesture. Since there was a commitment from my side, I will not increase the PCB prices. Do not worry, its only a minor impact, like I said in my earlier post.
I am much more worried about the delay caused, as it took almost a month from ordering to PCB delivery, what should have been 15-18 days. Thanks all of you for hanging in there.

those who have paid up / are going to pay in next 8 hours can expect the PCB's to be shipped by tomorrow. I wont be sending out payment receipt confirmations via PM. I will keep updating the status here everyday at the end of day .
been printing/bubble wrapping/taping/packing/invoicing all day, almost 9 hours.
