Hi
All the speakers are 100v line transformer type, then all would be connected in parallel, that is positive wire to all positive and all negative to negative. This is at the transformer located on the speakers.
What are the "end of line" thingos ?

Thanks for the replay.
END of lines for devices used to detect line failure by monitoring frequency signal on line which is generated by amplifier.

The end of line thingies to not work if you put two in parallel. They present a certain load at 20 kHz which the amplifier can measure, if I understand the description correctly. If one line is broken, the other line still presents the load to the amplifier and the amplifier thinks everything is working. Put it on the branch you want to be sure is working, the other one will be unprotected.
What do you mean with 'taped connection'?

taped connection means I'm taking wires out from single line by connecting in parallell
