I don't stay current WRT driver selection, but historically the mobile audio premium brands/models are what you need and what at least early on Danley used in some of his most powerful prosound THs [MTX 9515 series IIRC].
These drivers tend to be expensive of course, but the JBL GTO series among others has some relatively inexpensive ones, so a reference for comparison in your searches of what's available to you locally.
