Commercial solid state amplifiers with no loop feedback around the output stage

For commercial solid state amplifiers with no loop feedback around the output stage, I recommend the STASIS line of audio power amps. STASIS was manufactured and sold by both Threshold and Nakamichi. Here's a used one for sale, listing is only 10 days old: (link) Good luck.

Again, you are a "new" member here and/but introduce yourself without anything
else than confrontative views. I acknowledge this, but your reasoning is not clear.

Perhaps you can explain what is going on. People here try to check out different ways
to achieve some goal. Geniuses share and the poor will get assistance. Not sure what
you want to tell us.

Define "terribly ill-informed". This is not a forum for people who buy an amp - we
discuss and build amps.

In other words : this thread was just a compilation of "Commercial solid state amplifiers
with no loop feedback around the output stage" - do you want to change it ?

Discussion about topics like this is in other threads ..

The caption says that Tandberg amplifier uses feedforward error correction, but that is not true: in fact, it is a severely compromised application of Hawksford's error feedback correction circuit. Forr, I believe that scan is from an Electronics World letter to the editor in response to one of Self's articles in the 1990s.

Here is the full article and a complement.

Can we all pause for a moment to admire the bravery of using three emitter followers in cascade, in order to drive a load impedance of 170 ohms (680 || 680 || 680 || 680) ?
