I also measured voltage across the zeners. It's a bit on the high side: V(D11) = 4.146V, V(D10) = 3.889V. The other one is ok at 3.385V.

I'm not sure what the problem was but I think it was related with C4. C4 measured good so I think it was a bad joint at this cap. I'm working with lead free solder because I ran out of good old ilegal lealed solder and it was my fisrt time with this (really bad) stuff. So I think it was a solder related problem at C4.
Interesting, I find the sound of the 1DIFFQC similar to the SYMEF's, same sonic signature. Perhaps a bit more mellow and less highs but very similar. But I have to listening more to arrive to a better conclusion.
