coil replacement, tolerance?

Hello
i want to replace ferrite coil with air coil in crossover.

I measured values of ferrite coil:

1.56 mH, 0.22 omh.

Is it acceptable to use an air coil that has the following values:
1.50 mH, 0.30 omh

if the difference is too large, what should be the tolerance?

Plus or minus 5% in the inductance value would be an acceptable tolerance in most crossover applications. Plus or minus 10% in non-critical situations.

I would regard the air coil to be a reasonable substitute, but obviously I don't know your exact application.

it's a bass coil. The speaker is a three way system, high and mid have air coils

I'd advise exchanging a ferrite inductor only if it were totally of unsuitable quality and if you were causing it to saturate under normal operating conditions and it takes quite some current to start misbehaving at all. An example attached.
