No fuse, no Zobel network, no 7812, now is the stabilizer with TIP31C, zener diode and resistor, and all have reference to the negative supplay rail.
Output transistors are irfp250, output L is 30uH.
For comparator before IR2110 is LM311 and few 2N5401 transistors
Perhaps it is better to use LT1016, I dont know, you tell me!?

Maybe. I didn't check the whole circuit, and the PCB layout can be critical too. But a hint: if +/-40 V is enough for you, then a lower voltage FET (down to IRF540N) would be better. IRF540Z is even better.
