Thanx for finding that bug. 3 years or so and you are the 1st to comment. Just fixed and posted 8 updated drawings.

No, thanks to you for putting all that amount of resources avaible for free.
Btw i finished them, here's a pic of it.
They sound really good, to the point i'm starting to think there's something terribly wrong in the hifi prices.
Thanks again.

and who among us would have thunk that? 😀

Cal - note I waited for a couple if intervening posts to justify the use of quote function😉

If you saw how many drawings Dave has, it'd be no surprise that there are some minor discrepancies. I always redraw any I build myself, as often some parts are migrated to CNC routing programs, and it kinda helps if they actually fit. I've also been known to revise joinery details to simplify assembly, particularly if for kits (such as the dadoed scarf joint on FH3 internal panels) .

Thanks everybody, they are chr70 gen3, still breaking in but the mids and the highs are astonishing, some bass frequencies are a bit booming but i have to figure out if it is this damn room by putting them on the main stereo. Maybe it could be the 50€ crappy chinese amp? 😛
I'm listening to the great gig in the sky right now and the vocals are awesome...

I just hooked them to the main stereo, pc vdacII rotel rb980 rc980, they sounded great, they holded their own against my klipsch rf82II, obviously they dont have the same bass or impact but are definetly more detailed. I dont know how to describe it but they sound somewhat "right", now compare the prices, for the mark audio spakers i spent no more than 160€, go and search the price of rf82II.
Conclusion: all the hifi is a hoax, i'm not gonna buy any commercial loudspeaker anymore. Diy is the answer.
Ciao
