The Chinese 6n12p is not a type number I can find. 6H12P is IO base and 5687 is B9A and similar to ECC82 but has a different pin out.

Thank you, chinese 6N12 is octal and near equivalent to 5687.

I think the popular Russian 6N6P is a good near-equivalent for 5687. (Different pin-out and heater wiring.) They're not as cheap as they used to be, but they're not insanely expensive (yet).
JJ ECC99 is probably the best near-equivalent if you need something that's being made today. Again, has a different pin-out from 5687 or Bendix 6900.
