Chinese 6N12 is the same tube that Chinese 6N12P or Soviet 6H12C ?

I'm sorry, Engish isn't my native language. I'm looking for 5687 alternatives found Chinese 6N12, the question is that I found a Chinese seller of 6N12P but I want to know if are equivalent or not?

You should be able to figure that out on your own simply by comparing the data sheets of the various types to establish equivalency or not. When discrepancies are noted you can ask what their significance is.

I want to use as preamp and Chinese are less expensive than Black Plate GE ***** (five star) and the Raytheon 5687WB or unobtainable Bendix 6900.

I think the popular Russian 6N6P is a good near-equivalent for 5687. (Different pin-out and heater wiring.) They're not as cheap as they used to be, but they're not insanely expensive (yet).

JJ ECC99 is probably the best near-equivalent if you need something that's being made today. Again, has a different pin-out from 5687 or Bendix 6900.

5687 is not terribly expensive, is it?

I agree fully with rongon though. If you are capable of designing a circuit then there are many other options at hand...
