hi irvynjay and andrewlebon,
pls guide me.
1-when first power up two led's lights on in the driver board,
2-i set dc offset to omv with the 500ohm preset.
3-i set the bias preset to half turn ,
4-protection section working with 12v dc,
-active led is on, when the 12vc power given,
-protection led is on, after relay active the led is off,
-when power off the amp, the clip led is light on and slowly off,
5-i provide signal to the amp, but out signal not comming, what will be the problem?
pls guide me.

hi irvynejay,
i think one of my mje's bad.
now i feed audio and sound is very good. and no heat on heatsink.
output base voltage is 180mv dc, but emitter resistor across in 0v i adjust the preset but nothing happenning,
thanks ,
now the amp is working perfect.
dc offset 10mv, i adjust bias emiter resistor to 5mvdc and woks perfect.

About bias
which resistor used to across 5mvdc and any other change in your circuit ?now the amp is working perfect.

hi ravpeet.
.33 5w resistor.
only one change 18k/2w resistor in .33/5w in that place.
