I will write here some answers to common questions received to my e-mail address:

1. The very small pcb's with some components ( less than 10) ,is strongly recommended to be local manufactured on prototype boards ( breadboards)

2. ONLY payments done it through Western Union are accepted.

3. Shipping by National Post Mail services with ARRIVAL CONFIRMATION RECEIPT ( it's FREE for any shipping in Europe for packaged less than 100 grams)

Cheapest-DOUBLE-LAYER-printed-circuit -boards, on FR4 support
Layers synchronizing is 99,7% ( from .brd files of Eagle designing software)
Drilling = FREE
Tinning= ( professional, >1% SILVER) = FREE
Below can be seen the BOTTOM layer, of the board shown above.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

1. GERBER files are NOT accepted.
( ONLY : Eagle , ExpressPCB , .pdf, .jpeg., .gif, .png, .tiff)

2.Can be manufactured any boards from any ELECTRONICS MAGAZINES ( from original pdf file or scanned)
Scanning must be ( for best quality): 600 dpi , black/white. ( high contrast)

The cost/ cm2 of any board it's very clear mentioned in the first post of this topic and in the topic title " starting with 0,0375 Euro / cm2

By simple multiplying of board surface with 0,0375 will give you a wrong calculation cost.
The real cost it depends of a lot of factors according pcb's files sent.

Any pcb ( one piece) <100 cm2, single layer on FR4 with 0,5mm support thickness, it cost 30 Euro.

In the above price are included :

-tinning for boards without ground plane.
