I need some cheap eq, bass enhancement etc. for my amp.
The ADAU1701 should fit the requirements and now I would have a question for you. What could sound better:

Unless there is something better for a comparable amount?

Aliexpress MiniBoard:
Pro: Brings out almost all the 1701 signals in case you want to add DACs, etc.
Con: You need to provide all connectors, no mounting holes
TinySine Board:
Pro: Comes with connectors, mountings holes, etc.
IMO has better (larger) caps in audio path
Con: Limited to 2 X 4 configuration, extra 1701 lines not brought out
I have both and prefer the TinySine board for 2 X 4 applications.
Pro: Brings out almost all the 1701 signals in case you want to add DACs, etc.
Con: You need to provide all connectors, no mounting holes

IMO has better (larger) caps in audio path
Con: Limited to 2 X 4 configuration, extra 1701 lines not brought out
