A question on copper directly connected to aluminum. Have you ever had any trouble from the fact that their electric properties are different. Some use this arrangement in batteries, with liquid.
I never had any problem with that. Aluminum is anodized, so it's not in direct contact with copper anyway.
Like the finished chassis pics. The case is much more professional looking than the commercial Gaincard product being discussed elsewhere on the boards.

Currently, I'm not accepting any new orders. I have to ship whatever is paid first and then see what's left. All the paperwork and packaging becomes a bit of a hassle, so I don't want to introduce any additional confusion (with new orders).

I have to admit that I lost some of the initial enthusiasm with recent anti commercial postings on this forum.
I wouldn't necessarily be deterred by those posts...I think putting together things like this benefits a lot of people starting out with DIY that perhaps don't have the time, tools or know-how to do a lot of this themselves. I do not think what you are doing is a blatant attempt to push your products. I think the way that some of the decisions were opened up to the forum as a whole was a great idea. It makes for a much more 'rounded' product that more people may like. Besides, it all comes down to the fact that there is a demand for what you are selling...it's not like you are forcing this on people.

purchase one of your commercial offerings, so when the kit was
offered i had to pull the trigger. Can't wait to fire it up and listen
to some music.
